FEATURE - EXT - Ability to remove a filter

As a user,
I want to be able to remove a filter that I have saved,
so that I can ensure my save filters are relevant to me

Description

A user will be able to remove a filter from the home page.
Once the filter is removed the user will no longer see it on the home page ( similar to bookmarks)

Technical Design

What modules need to be created or enhanced?
How would the functionality be exposed and how can it be consumed?

Acceptance Criteria

1. Users can removed all saved filters from the home page
2. Removed filters will no longer display.
