Tech Stack

Unee-T is like a bug tracker for housing. In fact, the Unee-T backend is based on Bugzilla, the illustrious bug tracker used by Mozilla.

Our stack is a React frontend web app that talks to Meteor/MongoDB which sits in front of Bugzilla/MariaDB. Automated testing and CI/CD makes sure the app runs smoothly on AWS.

Experience with these is great. Everyone is expected to learn new skills, and teach others.

Open Culture

Unee-T is a funded startup that operates as an open source project. Communication happens in the open on the Unee-T Slack and Unee-T GitHub organisation. Feel free to say hi, or just lurk if you want.

The Unee-T tech team is mostly based in Singapore. We work remotely: from home, coworking spaces, or cafés. Once per week we enjoy meeting IRL.

The open source nature of Unee-T means you can try out the product, check out the code, hack on an open issue, and collaborate with the team even before officially joining the company.
