Good For Food is a IoT/FoodTech startup tackling the food wastage problem. We have developed a Smart Dustbin with sensors and a smart camera that can can seamlessly measure, track and identify all food waste thrown away by a kitchen on the premise that whatever can be measured, can be managed, controlled and prevented. All this data will be sent to our cloud backend where actionable insights will be given.

We are a startup based at BLK71, NUS Enterprise. We are supported by SPRING Singapore and Temasek Foundation.

We are looking for a talented and driven software developer who will take reign on software development. We are looking for someone who desires flexibility and a new challenge to take our product the greater heights. This individual will work alongside the core team and CTO to prepare us for launch in Q1 of 2018.

Main Requirements and Skills

• Having 1 or 2 years of experience of working experience or have worked on related projects

• Huge amount of empathy and EQ is a must to fit in the team

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead development of data analytics cloud platform, from data collection to visualisation - MEAN stack
• Manage EC2 servers
• Work on the software (Node.js) side of our Smart Dustbin, controlling sensors and transmitting data to cloud.
• Lead future developments in areas of predictive analysis and machine learning with the data collected
