Bug Description

Commit messages are not being applied when using pre-commit hooks, leading to uncommitted changes.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable the pre-commit hook.
  2. Run the command: ac gen.
  3. Observe the error encountered.

Expected Behavior

Changes should be successfully committed with the generated commit message.

Actual Behavior

The process fails, resulting in errors and no changes being committed.

  • Operating System: [e.g., Windows 10, Ubuntu 22.04]
  • Python Version: [e.g., 3.9.5]
  • AutoCommit Version: [e.g., 0.1.8]
  • Ollama Version: [e.g., 0.1.17]
