TileDB uses 8-byte atomics but does not link to libatomic where needed #4098

That is not correct. The Debian bug was correctly identified by the autobuilders, and the fix was applied correcting the builds accordingly (when we still built the package in the Debian distribution which we longer do there).

This was never a TileDB bug report.

@eddelbuettel Thank you for clarifying. I assumed it was reported to upstream. (The issue is not Debian-specific.)
