Hello,

we're going to close all the github issues and will concentrate bug information in the Unity public issue tracker https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/product/unity/issues?project=116&status=1&unity_version=&view=hottest.

Please do file a bug report as described here https://unity3d.com/unity/qa/bug-reporting
For general feedback and discussions you can go to https://forum.unity.com/forums/new-input-system.103/

Thank you!

just wanna make a suggestion to

  1. pin this issue so it shows up at the very top when somebody selects Issues
  2. create an issue template that tells the user about these rules when they select "New issue"

Is there any way to simulate a keyboard press with Input System?

If only the Unity issue tracker wasn't a total piece of shit. How the hell do I search just the Input System bugs? Here, let me just upload a 4GB Unity Project for an graphical UI issue that can be described in a single screenshot.

  1. go to https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/
  2. in the top left dropdown select "Package: Input System"
  3. see all the Input System bugs
  4. adjust selection as needed
