[Bug][PanelHeader]: Некорректная позиция after на первом рендере #6588

Описание

На видео ниже видно, то на первом рендере PanelHeader с after нет отступа справа, позже он появляется и происходит скачок элемента влево.

Спасибо за issue! Действительно есть такое, смог повторить.
И похоже, что это связано с FixedLayout компонентом, который используется внутри PanelHeader.

Как временное решение именно этой проблемы можно передать в PanelHeader fixed={false}.
