Unwanted User Response

For some reason the user does respond automatically even though I am the user and should write the response to the DirectorAgent.
How can I prevent this unexpected and unwanted behavior?

Note that "User" ins not a defined agent, but should just be me as user giving input and not generating automatic responses.
