You can have each branch in a separate component and disable translation propagation so that these can diverge. |

Hi,
I am building a white-label application, which will be built for and deployed to multiple clients.
While the majority of strings are common and will be shared amongst the clients, there are some specifics. As an example, while most clients use the name "favorites", one client prefers to call them "bookmarks" and would like this string in the application. I would like to use the same label name in the source code, and only change the translation (as in provide a separate translations file to each client)
What would be the best way of sharing translations, but being able to overwrite a specific string per client?
I am using i18next JSON files, hosted in git.
One idea is to have the base translations in master branch, while for each client I would create a new branch, make just the changes required. Each branch would need to be continuously rebased onto master.
How would I handle this with weblate? Or would you propose a different solution?
