Quantitative logging of errors and plugins #1778

In order to identify which plugins don't work well with Playground, let's log Google Analytics events when:

  • A plugin is installed. Log a plugin event for each plugin slug.
  • A theme is used. Log a theme event with the theme slug.
  • An error occurs. Log an error event with fatal.
