Fix Binge Watching not working if request takes to long. E.g. Prowlarr + many indexers takes 20 seconds to fetch and stremio does not wait 20seconds causing binge watching to not work.
- Test with day of the jackal. Works for 1-3, then 4 not, then 4-5 works. Very inconsistent behavior even tho bingGroup hash is always correct. Possibly request takes to long.
- Possibly also the next episode request has to finish while in loading screen for it to be accepted instead of while the video is already playing
