Question is.... do we want to meet in Edinburgh or would it be better logistically to have the event in London?

I'm, personally, happy to visit London but happy to help host in Edinburgh too.

I'm so sorry, I realise we didn't reply to your last message - it's that time of year where the inboxes are running away with us a bit! Our Events Space has a capacity for 80 people (we also have meeting rooms, but they have a max capacity of 16). If the event is during the day, we can offer the space for free?

Ah, no worries! Anything over 18 would still be in our Events Space, rather than a Meeting Room, which means these are the costs (all excluding VAT): 
 
Full day: £440
Half day: £260 
 
However, as you're a not-for-profit we may be able to offer a discount - is the event open to the public, or is it a private booking?
