Make UF2 download button before BIN button #1517

Originally discussed in the comments of #1514

For devices that have both bin and uf2 download options, currently the bin option appears 1st on the page above the uf2 option.

It would be good to swap those so that uf2 is first since it is typically the easier one to use.
