Why does Motrix keep creating new instance every time it lanches?

I noticed Motrix will create a whole bunch of files at <user>/AppData/Local/Temp/<some random strings> every time it lanches and use those files to run itself instead of using files where it was actually installed, and subsequently remove those files after it was closed.

Please forgive my curiosity but I can't help wondering what's the point of doing this tedious process? Is using the files where it was installed something bad or inappropriate?
