Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As a Developer I would like one zilla config to be able to support different environments of external clients that will optionally enable TLS.

Acceptance criteria

  • Manage connecting to external clients through one binding
  • Handle connecting to clients with and without TLS configured in the same binding
