Server responds as if it's normal when a "document update error" is occurred:

[08:38:06.047] CouchDcsServer  : prefix is:  AAA-
[08:38:06.071] CouchDcsServer  : +++ new doc id:  AAA-14471
[08:38:06.236] CouchDcsServer  : error was : {"reason":"Document update conflict.","name":"Error","message":"Document update conflict."}
