Rename DefaultLogRecord into IndexedLogRecord

• I searched in the issues and found nothing similar.

Motivation

The DefaultLogRecord only supports for IndexedRow, and all the static methods in it are used for IndexedRow. So we should rename the class into IndexedLogRecord for better understanding.
