Elasticsearch image tag 7.17 does not exist

Tag 7.17 which is used in:

https://github.com/allegroai/clearml-server/blob/master/docker/docker-compose-win10.yml
https://github.com/allegroai/clearml-server/blob/master/docker/docker-compose.yml

Should be 7.17.18

both tags are 7.17.18 instead of 7.17 in the above files.

I had not checked it with 8.13.0. Just used 7.17.18.
