[FEATURE] - Make a trivia command of the bot

No, This is just a fun feature

It's quite simple, the bot can have a list that contains a bunch of random questions about linux/unix kinda like fun little quiz questions, and when the command is ran, a random question is outputed, you could either make it multiple choice and people can send the correct answer by typing (A) to indicate option A etc...
Or you can make it so it's just a static question, and there is a limited time, the people would debate the answer, and after the time ends, the answer is sent, or you can just make it with no timer.

You could also make options for "Easy" and "Hard" and "Medium" questions, for the experts and newbies to linux/unix/FOSS, so each type of questions has its own list

I think this would also boost pull requests since more and more people would want to add more questions.
