Website Specific Search

I love Omni! It's been a huge help in transitioning from Mac to WIndows and away from Alfred 4.

I'd love to be able to add custom searches to Omni - what if Omni could:

• store a list of websites with customer url searches: e.g. TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/search?q=${SEARCH TERM} or Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/${SEARCH TERM}
• have a page to create this :)

If I have bandwidth, might try to look into this in the coming week, but would love to hear the community's thoughts before I dive in.
