Is it possible to set up a socks5 proxy? Telegram cannot be connected in my area. So is there a way to only allow Telegram to connect to the proxy, while magnet link downloads do not go through the proxy?

Yes u can add the proxy in tgclient. U need to edit the code for this, since i didn't add variable for it
