Encourage projects using this as a template to nuke alembic migrations #23

As projects start using this as a template, we should outline steps for them to nuke any irrelevant history. A project using this as a template should assume that this was known source of truth on the day they used it and it was the good know base.

The development history is for this project to track and projects using this as a template should treat the head as the initial commit. This includes things like:

  • Database migration logs
  • Configuration files
