RStudio Versioning

On the RStudio.pkg.recipe the com.github.homebysix.VersionSplitter/VersionSplitter is splitting on '+'. This is causing incorrect version information. For example, the latest version of Rstudio reports as 2023.06.0 but it should be 2023.06.0+421.

I noticed this issue because I use jamfuploader and create smart groups/policies with it. The smart groups tie into patch management titles in JAMF and the version reported (2023.06.0) does not match JAMF's version (2023.06.0+421) and is causing issues.
