s 工具包版本问题 #9

在readme介绍中的s build --use-docker命令执行时报错，提示 unknown command build，请问当时运行的s工具包版本是多少呢？或者能不能更新一下最新版s工具包对应的指令呢？

初始化之后，有没有进入项目中执行呢？执行s build --use-docker，需要在s.yaml/s.yml目录下执行
