White outline visible on progress indicator icon in light mode

Describe the bug
A white outline is appearing around the progress indicator icon when the application is in light mode. This visual artifact negatively impacts the icon's appearance and overall user interface quality.

To Reproduce

• Switch to light mode (if not already in light mode)
• Ask Q a question.
• When the progress indicator icon appears, notice the white border around the Q icon.

Expected behavior
The white outline should be more translucent like in dark mode.
