Encountered an unexpected error when processing the request, please try again When run /review command

Problem

Every time I execute the /review command, no matter review the entire workspace or the active file. Q Dev tells me "Encountered an unexpected error when processing the request, please try again".

I checked the Amazon Q log, and here is the error msg

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open the Chat Panel
2. type /review in the input box and select Review workspace

Expected behavior

Review without prompting me the error msg.

This typically happens when the workspace is very big. One potential solution is to ensure that your top-level .gitignore file ignores non-critical files, and Q /dev will avoid uploading those.
