Openmeta data on EKS

Hi Team,

I am working with couple of my customers who have shown interest in OpenMetaData on EKS deployment in combination with Trino on EKS. I have worked on a Poc for this set up and would like to publish it in this repo for customer references who are trying to use OpenMetadata on EKS.
