Current Behaviour

When Thaddius 15928 becomes active he is rooted and unable to move

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

He should be able to move

Steps to reproduce the problem

TP to Thaddius .go c 130957
Kill Feugen + Stallag
Observe Thaddius can't move and casts Ball Lightning when out of range
