Some installers (e.g. Battle.net) stuck due to a stalled process (e.g. the Agent). The installer should be able to terminate stalled processes, so the installation can proceed.

I can't install battle Net because the agent won't install.
Do you also get error code BLZBNTBTS0000005C?
