New Documentation Repository

Hey everyone,

We've just open sourced the cachethq/docs repo.

Readme.io did us well for the longest time. They were kind enough to sponsor our account however, the barrier to contribution and maintenance was just too high for us to maintain.

The new documentation is just Markdown and uses VitePress. We're now deploying to Vercel automatically too, so changes are a pull request away.
