Do both issues also happen when you turn off all graphic packs? You said it happens with default settings but I just want to clarify
I reconfirmed, I have some corrections for what I said.
The first issue, "Chapter VIII - image flickering", is the same as what I said before, no matter what settings, this problem always occurs.
The second issue, "Chapter IX - cutscene before loki boss fight rendering uncorrectly", this happens when "60FPS cutscene" is enabled. When it is disabled, the cutscene is displayed normally.

I checked the new version of Cemu, the second issue is solved, appreciated.
Hope you guys could struggle on the first one, the image flickering, It occurs after bayonetta kicks the gates of hell. and bayonetta teleports to the new scene, the video what I uploaded is there.
