Current Behavior

So I've been experiencing this bug were when using Vulkan with any game, and also no matter the graphics packs settings, whatever game I'm running runs completley fine at full speed with Vulkan, however when enabling separate gamepad view the framerate starts to go down in both the main and secondary window to like 20 fps

Expected Behavior

I expected the framerate to be normal in both the TV and gamepad view

Steps to Reproduce

Enable Vulkan, then enable separate gamepad view
