What software would you like us to add to our image catalog? (one per issue please)

Istio's ambient mesh is approaching stable, and with the other istio images available this felt like a good fit to add!

which versions of the containerized software do you need?

Tracking latest is fine! (1.22.3 as of writing)

Add some justification for why this specific image and versions are important.

The specific image is effectively the replacement for istio-proxy when using ambient mesh workloads -- rather than having a proxy sidecar, traffic is routed to the ztunnel pod (from a daemonset) on your local node. Istio Proxy still will exist for services that have a need for a sidecar, migration, etc, so those shouldn't go away, but the ztunnel will be a core component of an ambient mesh.
