[BUG] minimum_transmission_sec does not work #487

ive just installed the latest version of the application

i added in my config file

minimum_transmission_sec = 2.0;

but seems its still recording small recordings less then 2 seconds

The possibility to change mininum_transmission_sec in the config file is not available in this repository.
