Create a devfilev2 to define the developement environment for https://github.com/che-incubator/che-workspace-telemetry-client/tree/master/backend-base.

It would be great if the devfile would have:

  • A development container with the DEVWORKSPACE_TELEMETRY_BACKEND_PORT environment variable set
  • Commands for running the application & running the tests
