How to do orderns in sub-arrays (ITEMS)

Hey guys, I nedd help for understand this problem.

I have a POC where I clicled in button "add Line", each Line there are one Item. Each Item can move for another Line, I need reorder the Items into same Line, but if i change the useDraggable to useSorteable, the Item not move more.

What are the wrong?
