Refs: #2194 - The wait_for_deployment_removal function behaves similarly to wait_for_deployment_resources, it will verify that all the deployment resources succesfully uninstalled and raise an error if failure occured. - Relies on #18 from kubectl_client shard. Cleanup does not wait for removing reources. This is inconsistent with how setup works, waiting for resources to be created.
