Horizontal scrolling not working

I added an image to show up in the project details which was big enough to require horizontal scrolling. The scroll bar did show up but it wasn't working.

@RJ722 Instead of adding css for Horizontal scrolling won't it be good to fit the image in the provided space because if we add horizontal scrolling then the text willn't be wrapped to another line instead we have to do horizontal scrolling.
Also, adding a larger image the Horizontal scrolling seems to be working

Can be a newcomer issue.
