After GSoC many projects will be completed, we need to decide what to do with them.

They shall at least not appear as active any more. If we want to "archive" them, a completed tag would be nice, together with moving those project descriptions to a separate section or even page for completed projects.

@satwikkansal @Makman2 Is this issue still solvable, because the finished tasks are marked as completed on the projects website ?
