After reviewing #101, #273, and #94, I think a case could still be made for shipping the ImageResize plugin with CraftCMS CKEditor. While the image transform feature outlined in #94 is very helpful. It's not the best solution in all cases. Why not provide the ImageResize plugin so devs can choose which is the right solution based on their individual scenarios?

This is exactly what we need. Giving the customer the freedom to enlarge or reduce certain images to their liking.
Is this a possibility for the plugin in Craft CMS?
We would also appreciate this plugin to be included in plugin. We already use transformation, but our Content Manager want to picture look good in wysiwyg, so he want to make it litle smaller or bigger. But now there is no way for him to do that.
So instead just grab image with ImageResize plugin, he have to edit image by pixel and try upload it again and again. Really annoying.
Apologies for my earlier message—it wasn’t my intention to sound passive-aggressive. Instead of requesting your time to add this opt-in feature, I went ahead and created PR #362, which makes this functionality available as an opt-in option.
Feel free to use it as a private plugin in your Craft CMS project if needed.
More details are available in the PR. Thanks for your time!
