Production of declination line 6166 with density 1/cos(zd) dependency

This is to ask a production for the line 6166 with a 1/cos(zd) spacinng and cos(zd)=0.04 (see attached figure and text file for the zenith, azimuth values) both for the training and the test MC.

Given that the priority are LZA data, it would be better that the production starts with the points at zenith> 60 deg, both for training and test data

This production is completed. The test nodes can be found in the test dataset
