Support for listing tests

Standard go tests support -test.list argument that lists all available tests. We use that in our CI setup to see if any tests are added/gone without actually running them. Godog does not support such option.

Looking at the code it seems pretty easy to access list of features/scenarios/steps and print that out on demand.
