Epic: Fantasy Leagues

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users can create a fantasy league, join an existing fantasy league, league a league they are apart of.
• Owners of a fantasy league can set the number of players inside of the league to be either 6, 8 or 10 players.
• Owners of a fantasy league can update the settings of the league.
• Owners of a fantasy league can update the scoring settings on how points will be calculated in their league
• Owners can remove other users from their league
• Owners can set what league of legends league users can draft players from
