Acceptance Criteria

  • Current draft position is stored on fantasy league level
  • Current draft position is updated when a successful draft is completed in when fantasy league is in DRAFT status
  • Current draft position is checked only during DRAFT status, otherwise is ignored
    • If user's draft position is not the current draft position, return an error
  • Once all users have a fully drafted team, the fantasy league moves to ACTIVE status
  • The fantasy league owner can start the fantasy league draft, moving the fantasy leagues status from PRE_DRAFT to `DRA#296
