Track individual seeds within a seed tray

Grid view where I can track individual seeds per cell within a tray. Date planted, date germinated, date I re-added seeds after germination doesn’t happen, date transplanted elsewhere. Ideally something I can do on mobile - I’m currently flipping a spreadsheet cell from blank to green when i see germination, and flipping to blue if i add new seeds to a cell that hasn’t germinated.
