After select an OpenAI assistant and log out and log in returns an error

What happened?

After interact with an assistant and log out and log in, you will get the latest question you made but the answer is shown with an error message:

Something went wrong. Here's the specific error message we encountered: O is undefined

I think it's triggered a request (/api/assistants/v2/chat) on load of the conversation and the request is aborted with 'Invalid conversationId'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select assistants endpoint
2. Select an openai assistant
3. Ask something and wait for the response
4. Once you got the response log out of the session.
5. Log in again and wait the chat is load and show a error message from the assistant: Something went wrong. Here's the specific error message we encountered: is undefined

Thanks for the report. I moved this to troubleshooting because I couldn't reproduce it consistently, the timing was tricky. But i will add something to prevent it completely
