Decentralized Vaccination Record (DVR)

Backgrounds
Please give youself a moment to think about that,during your lifetime,how many kinds of vaccines had been injected? When should you inject a vaccine? Is there any authentic documents for vaccinations when you travel to another country?
Blockchain could solve the problems above in some ways. We propose to build up a lifelong DVR (Decentralized Vaccination Record) based on Annchain (https://github.com/dappledger/AnnChain). A trustless lifelong and global vaccinations network is waiting for you.

Product Overiew
Decentralized Vaccination Record is a complementary tool facilitating the program of disease prevention and  management. It provides an integration of key functions including managing vaccination records,  tracing/verifying vaccine products, and automatic reminder of upcoming vaccination appointment. Based on  blockchain, users' lifelong, crossregional vaccination records can be robustly stored in decentralized nodes, and the tamperless, credible evidences help users to check or provide proof of vaccination records with more convenience.

Functions
2.1 Scan the barcode on the vaccine package to trace the vaccine information
2.2 Record the information on blockchain, includes injection time and injection organization
2.3 According to the type of vaccination, automatically describe the type of adverse reactions within 24 hours and how to deal with them
2.4 Automatically generate the next vaccination time reminder and precautions according to the vaccination type
2.5 Generate onchain vaccination Report
2.6 Records on the chain can be used as evidence to prove cross national vaccination

Roadmap
V1.0 Your pocket Vaccine Notebook: Support the function of recording, querying and reminding related to Vaccination Record
V1.5 Online health assistant : Add adverse reaction reminder
V2.0 Vaccine tracebility: Generate personal vaccination report, introduce vaccination management organization (such as Disease control and Prevention Institutions), scan barcode at client end, return confirmation/rejection result from source end, and increase validity for data on blockchain
V3.0 Proof of Vaccination records: Realize the cross national proof of vaccination records.
V4.0 Personal Healthy Center: Introduce other scenes related to health, public welfare, mothercare,babycare,insurance, and enrich the healthy ecology.
