Replace ---serialize with --gunther

The searialize approach sorta approximates Dr, Neil Gunther's N/Z = a constant approach.
Drop it and add an option to increase Z in proportion to N, where X = 1 second at the start point.

This may require some fiddling with start points and or an explicit Z value, perhaps "--gunther 1.0"
