Describe the bug
When Daytona binary download fails during the workspace project creation, the process hangs infidelity

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Change the binary location to an invalid url
Create a new workspace
Expected behavior
When Daytona binary download fails during the workspace project creation, the server should be aware of it and handle the error.
