Replaces rather than adds new content repository build #172

Pretty sure I've replicated this a few times now, though I'm not sure exactly what I do to cause it. Here are the steps I'm taking.

Create at least 2 new content repository builds.
On the page with the list of builds, click New to make a new one.
Fill out the form, then click Create.
Instead of creating a new item in the list, the last list item is replaced.

Expected result:

Creating a new content repo adds the information to the bottom of the list.

Actual result:

When I have at least 2 content repos already built, then click the New button to make a new one, fill out all the form fields, then click Create, the last content repo in the list is replaced rather than adding a new content repo to the bottom of the list.
